I am looking for an on-call/as-needed baby sitter, for my daughter, who is almost 3. It would only be once or twice a month, but I currently have to call into work when the other sitter can't make it. I currently pay a set amount per week, so I'm not looking to pay someone over $40 for one day. I see a lot of people are asking over $10 an hour and I just can't do that. If you were to watch her in my house, you would have to be comfortable with two large dogs.
